Comprehensive support and care

GetTogether Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC) supports seniors and older adults with specialized care, enjoyable activities and age-related services to keep participants as healthy, independent and engaged as possible. Our multicultural community is cared for and loved as family.

At the center or online, we’ve provided age-related services since 2002 to participants throughout the South Bay to better manage physical, mental and social challenges associated with their stage of life.
